VULKX Jiu-Jitsu Club respects your right to control your personal data under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. This page explains how to request permanent deletion of any personal data we hold about you — including data collected through our website, contact forms, Instagram Direct Messages, WhatsApp messages, and any other channel where you have interacted with us.
Email hello@vulkx.co.uk from the address you used to contact us (or include the phone number / Instagram handle you used) with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please confirm your full name, the contact channel(s) you used, and whether you want all data deleted or only data from a specific channel.
We will verify your identity, then permanently delete the matching records from our systems within 30 days. We will email you to confirm once the deletion is complete. We may retain a minimal record of the deletion request itself for legal and audit purposes.
Personal data received via Instagram Direct Messages is stored in our CRM so we can reply to you. Following a deletion request, we permanently remove the related conversation rows from our database within 30 days. To also remove data held by Meta, please use Instagram's in-app data controls or visit accountscenter.instagram.com.
